When a staff member begins with us, we engage Monica to do a personality test and undergo a customer service training course for 5- 6weeks. We have found both these to be integral to our business. I really enjoyed the training sessions. Going in I had no idea what would be required or what we would get out of it. I found it personally beneficial learning about the different personalities and how to conduct yourself when dealing with Candidates and Clients. It will not only help within the Work Environment but outside of work as well. It is certainly something that will be in the back of my mind from here on out.
