Old fashioned “Customer Service” where has it gone?

Ask yourself where was the best and the worst customer service you received this past week. Then what did you do about it?

If it was good/bad did you contact the store or business and praise/complain to them?

We have become apathetic (Full Definition of APATHETIC. 1: having or showing little or no feeling or emotion, spiritless. 2: having little or no interest or concern, indifferent.)

If you do not take care of your customers someone else will.

As each generation gets better with technology their face to face, one on one communication skills deteriorate. Service providers rely too much on emails and texts to communicate with their customers and staff are not trained in Customer Service like they used to be.
